Sign-on will be held at the sports complex, Coronation drive, dates are as follows:
- Saturday 28 January (9.00am – 12.00pm)
- Tuesday 31 January (3.30pm – 5.00pm)
- Saturday 4 February (9.00am – 12.00pm)

- U15/16 Girls
- U15/16 Boys
- U17/18 Jnr Men
- Senior Women
